This is a vitamin bomb in winter.
Two kilograms of ripe tomatoes, 300 grams of horseradish, 100 grams of garlic, 5 pieces of girchak (hot pepper), 5 pieces of red sweet pepper twist through a meat grinder.
Add half a cup of salt, half a cup of sugar, half a cup of nine percent vinegar to the mixture.
Mix thoroughly and roll up.
