Yeast dough is sweet for sweet pies with sweet filling.
Pour 1 cup of granulated sugar into a liter of warm milk.
Stir until the sugar dissolves.
Dilute 30 grams of fresh yeast in a small amount of sweet warm milk and pour them into the total mass.
Add half a pack of melted margarine of good quality, or even better butter and 3 yolks from 3 chicken eggs and a little vegetable oil without the smell of refined.
Knead the dough so that it does not reach for your finger.
Send it to a warm place for 4 hours.
Then mix and make pies, which should be allowed to rise ready-made and before baking.
