Let’s cook at home.

Heat 150 milliliters of water. It should be hot.

Wheat flour will need 300 grams, and a pinch of salt.

You will make a hole in the flour. Add salt to the water and add parts to the flour.

A mixer will cope well with stirring such a dough.

Then we work with our hands, putting everything together.

Wrap a piece of dough with cling film or put it in a cellophane bag, hold for half an hour.

After the time has elapsed, pull the dough into a flagellum and divide this flagellum into 7 equal parts. Each part needs to be rolled out thinly.

You will get a kind of pancakes.

Brown them in a dry frying pan on both sides.

Put the finished pita bread one on top of the other in a stack.

At the very end, put a wet towel on the last one.

Lavash is ready.
