Yeast dough.

Ask for two and a half cups of flour.

Separately, dissolve one teaspoon of dry yeast in one glass of warm kefir (room temperature).

Then we send half a cup of vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar, one tablespoon of salt, flour to the kefir mass.

Knead the dough and leave it in a warm place for an hour and a half to rise.

Mix the dough that has come up, sprinkle the table with flour.

From this dough, you can cook everything that is usually prepared from yeast dough.
