Soup with ears.

For the ear test, mix a teaspoon of salt in a glass of water.

Sift the flour.

Make a well in the flour and pour salted water into it with the addition of one egg.

Knead the dough like for dumplings.

Roll out like dumplings and cut into squares, put the cooked minced meat on the square and secure by folding the square into a triangle.

Leave one end of the triangle open. Boil the potatoes, as for soup, and cook the formed ears until tender.

Season the soup with ears with butter and herbs.

Put the bay leaf and pepper, add the finely grated carrots and boil for a couple more minutes. Eat with sour cream.

Prepare minced chicken breast in the usual way. Chicken meat cooks quickly, grabs well.

Ears, like open dumplings, turn out juicy, cooked in an unusual way, a kind of closed meatball in vegetable broth.

You can season with fried with onions and tomatoes, it will also be very tasty.
