The flesh is cut into pieces and placed in jars with a capacity of 0.5 liters.
Pour a teaspoon on top without a slide of salt, to taste black and fragrant pepper, two bay leaves.
Cover the jars with a used tin lid.
Put in the oven and turn on. The jars are heated together with the oven. Let the meat cook in jars for an hour and a half.
