Take 2 cups of salt per 10 liters of water.

Boil the blue ones in boiling water until medium firm. They should be easily pierced by a match.

Cool down the blue ones. Cut it all the way through and put the chopped garlic in the middle.

It remains to prepare the brine. For 3 cups of water, add half a stack of vinegar directly to the jar.

Boil three cups of water and two tablespoons of salt.

Put allspice, bay leaf in a jar. Fill with boiling brine and roll up.
