It tastes different from rabbit meat.
We divide the carcass into pieces, wash and soak in cold water with vinegar for 4 hours.
We take out the meat, dry it with a paper towel and fry until golden brown, put it in a roasting pan, pour sour cream and simmer until soft.
The meat should easily come off the bones. Before stewing, put the bay leaf, carrot and onion, salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer over low heat.
