The special salad is fortified, almost like a dessert. Salad recipe.
I like the combination of beets with prunes, and carrots with raisins.
On the bottom of the dish on a coarse grater, grate the boiled beets, walk over the surface with a mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise one to one.
Remove the pitted plums from the prune jam and spread over the beets.
Apply the sour cream and mayonnaise mixture thinly again.
Sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
The next layer is grated carrots.
As in the case of beets, smear with a mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise.
Sprinkle steamed raisins on the carrots and again smear with a mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise. Next, lay out a layer of potatoes, cooked in a uniform, grated on a coarse grater. Smear the last layer with a mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise.
Level the top and sprinkle with boiled yolk.
Decorate with a sprig of dill or parsley.
You can decorate by depicting a sunflower or in some other way, as long as there is enough imagination, to your taste.
This flaky salad should sit in the refrigerator and soak.
It can be arranged on a platter in a ring.

Once I didn’t have raisins at home, but there were dates that were both fresh and soft.
I poured boiling water over them for a couple of minutes and replaced the raisins with coarsely chopped dates.
It also turned out to be very tasty. Almost like with raisins, but it gives its own special flavor, flavor note. Besides, dates are much healthier than raisins.
