In the twisted pork liver, heart, lungs with onions, add two chicken eggs, a little milk, a handful of semolina.

Pepper and salt.

Now you need to knead well and add flour, if a little thin.

The consistency of the mass should be like pancakes.

Fry in refined vegetable oil on both sides and since it is still a meat product, it is better to put it out for sure.

To do this, mix a glass of water with two tablespoons of mayonnaise and pour into pancakes.

Simmer over low heat, laying a thin layer, for about 15 minutes.

Serve with sour cream, sprinkled with finely chopped herbs.

A small amount of chopped garlic will not hurt either.

It will only enhance the taste and aroma.
