An unusual spread of herring.
Chop the herring fillet in a blender with carrots.
Grate the hard processed cheeses on a coarse grater.
Combine with herring and carrots. Add 100 grams of butter.
Knead well until smooth.
This mass should be kept in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours.
Now it can be smeared on bread rolls, on crackers and eaten.
It turns out very tasty sandwiches.
Garnish with finely chopped parsley or dill.
You can put one sprat along for making a sandwich.
