Take hot water, or better yet, skim milk.
Heat the kernels a little in a dry frying pan. A pleasant nutty smell will begin to appear. Pass the kernels through a meat grinder.
You can even just chop it into small pieces.
Dilute the resulting nut mass little by little with skim milk or, in extreme cases, hot water.
Stir until smooth.
The nut milk is ready. Eat to your health with pleasure.
