
Pepper stuffed with carrots. Preparation for the winter.
(Such peppers can be cooked in the oven instead of sterilization).
Boil the pepper until slightly soft.
Grate the carrots and fry them.
Chop the onion medium and fry too. We mix.
Stuffing. Carrots and onions, so that there is no excess oil, take out with a slotted spoon, add tomato juice, having previously boiled with sugar, cloves, bay leaf and pepper with allspice, ground black peas.
Put stuffed peppers in jars, pour into jars with tomato filling and sterilize one liter hour, half a liter for 30 minutes.
Cap immediately and wrap upside down until cool.
