Quick sour cake for tea.

Pour one and a half cups of sugar into half a liter of sour milk, add 3 eggs.

Mix well with a whisk.

Add a teaspoon of baking soda and two and a half cups of sifted wheat flour. Stir well.

You can put any berries.

The dough turns out like pancakes.

Pour it into the prepared form, smeared with vegetable oil and bake until ready, checking the readiness with a toothpick.

In the finished form, sprinkle with vanilla powdered sugar.
