Butter and flour are chopped with a knife into fine crumbs.

In this flour with butter we make a recess.

Pour 4/5 cups of water with 1/2 teaspoon of salt into the recess.

Then you need to add one egg, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice or vinegar and knead, collecting the mass into a ball.

The dough in a saucepan with the lid closed stands for an hour in the cold.

After that, it’s ready.

Roll out and make cheesecakes, pies, cookies, pies, cakes, croissants and the like, using a variety of fillings, making unusual shapes, decorating each time in a new way.
