We make halva at home from semolina.

Take 300 grams of semolina, 120 grams of high-fat butter of good quality, powdered sugar, 100 grams of peeled walnuts (and others), raisin cake, 1 liter of water, lemon zest, orange.

Favorite spices, for example, vanilla, cardamom.

Preheat the oil and pour the semolina and nuts there.

Fry, gilding.

Dissolve sugar, zest and spices of your choice in water, for example, vanilla.

Boil it.

Add raisins to the grits

Pour in the syrup and mix well.

The halva will start to thicken.

Cool and cut into pieces, sprinkling with powdered sugar.
