
Tubes for dessert.
Sift 300 grams of premium wheat flour.
Take 150 grams of softened butter of good quality, high fat content or, in extreme cases, margarine.
You will need one egg, a spoonful of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of milk, vanilla and salt on the tip of a knife.
Mix flour with butter, then with other ingredients.
Knead the dough and send it in a cellophane bag to the cold.
Let it lie down for 30 minutes.
Then roll out, cut into strips, wrap on special baking molds for overlapping tubes and bake until ready at a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius.
You can fill it with custard, sour cream or protein cream.
