The form should be lubricated with butter or margarine.

Pour out part of the biscuit dough, spread the sweet cottage cheese, crushing it on top, sprinkle with lemon or orange zest, vanilla.

Pour on the remaining biscuit dough and bake, without opening the oven, like a regular biscuit dough at a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius until ready for about 30 minutes. We check the readiness with a skewer.

Take a dry cottage cheese.

In the finished form, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
