Oven pies from the air.

Take a liter of water, combine with one glass of vegetable oil.

Boil and cool to a warm state.

Combine 50 grams of fresh alcoholic yeast with two tablespoons of granulated sugar. We send it into the water and knead the dough.

As it fits, make balls out of it, make pies.

Let them fit on a baking sheet.

Brush with yolk and bake like a regular yeast dough.
