Mix 200 grams of soft butter with 130 grams of pre-sifted icing sugar
Here are three yolks, a pinch of salt, sifted baking powder, one teaspoon and vanilla, 300 grams of flour. Knead, combine everything into a single lump. It shouldn’t stick.
We put dough in special forms, and the bottom is thinner and punch, and the walls are thicker. It is advisable to keep it for 20 minutes in the cold. Put in the oven for 15 minutes, bake at 220 degrees Celsius.
Cool the finished baskets, remove from the mold and fill the bottom with jam, add whole berries with jam, such as strawberries.
