We take 200 ml of water, 100 ml of refined odorless vegetable oil, a pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar. Combine all this and bring to a boil.

We added 160 g of flour and mix vigorously. Will get into a ball, we begin to introduce 5 eggs, mixing in one at a time. On a baking sheet covered with parchment, squeeze the strips out of a pastry bag with a nozzle at a distance from each other. And we send it to a preheated oven to 200 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes, change the mode, lowering the temperature to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for another 25 minutes, in no case opening the oven.

Fill the finished eclairs with whipped cream, grease with fondant, for example, melted chocolate and put on a beautiful dish. The house is celebrating again.
