Nourishing savory wind pies with liver and potatoes. Recipe for pies.

Cold mix. Dear friends, I love kneading dough in a cold way, when it is not at all necessary to maintain the temperature, keeping it in a warm place, and even so that no one knocks, does not speak loudly, so that there are no drafts anywhere and will it work out yet. And then, kneaded, combining all the ingredients, put it in a plastic bag and in the refrigerator for a while. In this recipe for 2 hours. I love recipes that do not complicate the process and the end result is confidence. I do not know a person who would not like pastries with a liver. Let’s cook according to this recipe.

Sift 4-5 cups of flour.

Combine two tablespoons of sugar, 0.5 teaspoon of salt, two tablespoons of vegetable oil, 500 ml of milk and 10 g of dry yeast. Knead the dough adding flour. Place in a food grade plastic bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours while the dough is infusing, boil the potatoes and mash them. Fry the onions and send them to the potatoes.

Twist the boiled liver in a meat grinder, mix, salt and pepper. Your filling is ready.

Two hours have passed. The dough that has come up should be slightly hugged and divided into pieces for future pies. Roll the pieces into neat balls.

Roll the balls into a cake. Put a tablespoon of the filling on the tortilla and shape the patties by pinching the edges.

Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil. Put the pies on it and bake in a preheated oven at a temperature of 190-200 degrees Celsius for about 30-35 minutes. Do not forget to grease the top of the pies with a beaten fork with yolk to make them beautiful. Simple, isn’t it? And the ingredients are simple. Bon Appetit!
