Despite the fact that the zucchini is young, it is better to peel them, then cut into circles.
Put the zucchini in a sterile three-liter jar.
Pour boiling water for 15 minutes.
Then we drain the water. It must be boiled again and stand the tomatoes for 15 minutes a second time.
Combine one glass of apple juice with one glass of water.
Add 30 grams of grated garlic, 30 g of salt and sugar, as well as one glass of odorless refined vegetable oil.
We boil it all. Drain the water that was poured over the zucchini a second time, pour over the apple filling and roll up.
In winter they will go instead of cucumbers.
