Another recipe. Cut the meat into pieces, put in a bowl, salt to taste.
Cut the onion into strips and sprinkle on top of the meat.
Let stand 5 minutes. Then remove the onion.
Fry the meat in vegetable oil with the lid closed, but not for long.
Then put the meat in jars and sterilize for 15-20 minutes.
