Mash low-fat cottage cheese with a fork, then with eggs, salt, stir in sugar. Gradually add flour and knead the dough until elastic. In the process of kneading, pour in the soda slaked with vinegar (you can use a baking powder). Bring the butter to a boil and lightly moisten your hands, sculpt small balls, frying until golden. Spread on a platter, sprinkle with powdered sugar. You can pour over sour cream mixed with powdered sugar and vanilla.
