I spread chicken, turkey or duck breast on potatoes, you can use whole carcasses of pigeons or quails, smeared with mayonnaise or sour cream, put bay leaves, dill and parsley, sprinkle meat with your favorite spices and seasonings, salt and meat on top.

Let it all languish in the oven for an hour and a half at a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius with a covered lid.
