Canned (without salt) or freshly prepared thick tomato juice in the amount of one glass, refined odorless vegetable oil (also in the amount of one glass), sugar, you also need one glass.
Take 2.5 cups of flour or semolina (you can use polenta). Salt. Add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
One teaspoon of lemon peel will not be superfluous for taste and smell.
Combine all the ingredients, send in a greased form and bake at 180-200 degrees Celsius until tender, and then use any cream and decorate to taste.
