2. We will bake the second biscuit in a different way. We prepare the form by lining it with baking paper. Take 175 grams of softened butter and 175 grams of sugar. Beat 3 eggs and pour in portions to the butter with sugar, rubbing well. 175 grams of sifted flour with 1 teaspoon of baking powder, gently add to all ingredients, stirring in clockwise, lifting with a spatula from bottom to top. This amount will make two large cakes. Bake for about 20 minutes. The cake should be springy, increase in volume. After a few minutes, remove from the mold, let cool.
