
How to cook oatmeal?
The healthiest whole grain oatmeal. Cook over low heat until tender, after having sorted it out. Oatmeal is usually made from oatmeal. They need to be rinsed well in several waters to remove the husk. It is appropriate to add sugar, salt, milk, butter, jam, fruits (including dried fruits, candied fruits) to oatmeal.
We take an incomplete glass of oatmeal,
One glass of water
One glass of milk
Two tablespoons of butter
any berries (fresh or frozen),
salt.
Boil the milk mixed with water, salt and add the flakes.
Cook for about 10 minutes.
When serving, add berries, fruits, fresh or frozen, pour over with liquid honey, enjoy the taste and be healthy.
