Dessert in the bank. Dessert recipe.
I do not recommend using honey in syrup. When heated, honey becomes carcinogenic.
Boil a syrup with 400 g of sugar and 100 g of water. Pour 800 g of raisins raisins (without pits) with boiling water and let it swell. Drain off excess liquid. Dip the raisins in the boiling syrup. Boil for 20-30 minutes at a low temperature, stirring and removing the foam formed on the surface. Now it’s time for 80-100 g of butter and 60 grams of cocoa powder. Added. Stir and cook on low heat for another 15 minutes. Pour ground nuts into the boiling mixture. They will be more satisfying and tasty (a couple of tablespoons). Vanillin will do the trick for flavor. Simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.
Distribute into sterile jars, cover with sterile lid and roll up immediately. In winter, lick your fingers (Instead of raisins, you can use dried apricots, prunes, dates and fresh grapes without pits). Add more cocoa for more chocolate. Why not Nutella! Children are delighted and adults are addicted. Very tasty.
Thank you
