Liver roll.

Thinly chop raw liver, as well as raw bacon, salt, pepper, add garlic. Wrap the strips superimposed one on top of the other, fix, for example, with gauze, tie it tightly and cook for about an hour. Cool separately from water and cut into slices. Place beautifully on a festive dish, garnish with herbs and serve. Chicken liver recipe.
