Twist the meat into minced meat, salt and pepper, add quite a bit of ground garlic, chopped onion, but without excess juice.

Place one chicken egg in the middle and 5 quail eggs in a circle. Instead of eggs, as an option, you can use large carrots.

In this case, shape the minced meat oblong. Wrap in cheesecloth, tighten, tie and bake in the oven for about an hour, then remove the cheesecloth when it cools down and cut lengthwise.
