800 gram jar.
one and a half kg of chopped cucumbers.
500 milliliters of water
400 g sorrel.
One tablespoon without top salt.
One teaspoon of sugar.
Put cucumbers in a sterile jar, pour cold water over them, drain the water. Now you know how much water will go. Take half the volume of water from what was poured and add sorrel to the scales 2/3 of the poured water. Let it boil for two or three minutes. Punch sorrel in water with a blender until smooth, add salt and sugar according to the recipe. Leave the cucumbers in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain the water, fill it with sorrel mass, roll it up, wrap it up until it cools completely. That’s all.
