Chops (fake). The rich table of the “poor” Jew

Take a small head of cabbage,

2 eggs,

Oil,

Flour,

ground sweet black pepper (Paprika),

salt.

Cut the cabbage into slices (like watermelon) together with the cob, put in salted boiling water and cook for 2 – 4 minutes. Drain the water, dry the cabbage, cut the cobs. Soak each slice in beaten eggs, roll in a mixture of flour with salt and pepper, breadcrumbs, fry in oil. Serve with mayonnaise or sour cream mixed with crushed garlic. Cutlets taste like turkey meat.
