
Chicken soup without chicken. The rich table of the “poor” Jew.
You will need a medium onion for this recipe,
two carrots,
3 – 4 potatoes,
2 tomatoes,
a tablespoon of semolina
a piece of feta cheese or salted cottage cheese,
butter ,
egg
0.5 cups fresh and one tablespoon of yogurt,
parsley,
ground black pepper.
Boil the onion, carrots, potatoes, strain and grind. Put mashed potatoes in a saucepan, add grated tomatoes, cover with water (for 4-5 servings of chowder) and, when it boils, gradually add semolina, grated cheese and a little butter. Remove the ear from the heat, season with an egg, fresh and sour milk. Sprinkle with pepper and parsley. Bon appetit!
